Summary
Unsustainable bushmeat hunting is a key threat to biodiversity and food security in Central Africa. To address this challenge, a newly established regional Working Group will focus on strengthening the capacity of Central African researchers, conservation practitioners, and policymakers to develop sustainable, equitable, and safe bushmeat systems across the region.
