Summary
Expected outcomes of the scoping visit include: project concept and proposal agreed between UK / Cameroonian collaborators and submitted to DI Round 20. This will include; options for co-management and supporting livelihood interventions, definition of project partner roles and responsibilities; agreement of milestones and production of clear, quantifiable outputs; development of project timetable linking with milestones and outputs; agreed MoU with project partners; definition of project logistics; and development of clear exit strategy.
