The overall aim of the proposed project is to assess the status of plant resources used in subsistence and commerce, especially those used in craft making, ornamental plant trade, or resources affected by changes in swidden hill rice agriculture, with particular emphasis on plants used by indigenous communities living in or around established and proposed protected areas.
