Summary
Our Partnership Project work will accomplish the following objectives:
• Conduct an environmental assessment within coffee growing areas.
• Evaluate coffee growing practices and farmers’ evolving needs to meet certification standards.
• Identify unforeseen risks and opportunities for success.
• Design a collaborative business plan.
• Produce a report that includes a final business plan and recommendations for the project.
• Co-select an onsite project manager.
• Train coffee extension workers.
