The Fellow will acquire (1) ethnopharmacological concepts and techniques, applied specifically to a vulnerable endemic medicinal plant (Anacyclus pyrethrum), expanding his capacity to support the conservation and sustainable commercialisation of Moroccan useful plants; (2) an understanding of how to improve indigenous participation in the CBD's ABS mechanisms, applicable to Morocco.
