Project Outputs
Project management and coordination structure is established and sustained Existing available data on the status of the region’s species and habitats is collected, processed and analysed Existing and potential fieldworkers are introduced to IBA work, trained and equipped New data on the status of the region’s species and habitats is gathered through field work An IBA Inventory for each country is compiled, published and disseminated Conservation strategies for IBAs in the region are developed and their implementation started Public awareness of national nature value, its conservation and IBA protection is increased
