1. Core group of facilitators trained2. Management curriculum and poster set translated and published3. Community-based coral reef management established in the three countries4. Community-based management plans developed and implemented in at least four model sites (1-2 per country x 3) 5. Transfer of techniques in reef restoration, habitat enhanced and certified coral farming from Fiji Blue Forests Darwin Initiative to relevant project sites6. Pacific regional organizations, national governments and agencies provided with data establishing the value of community-based management
