1) Strengthening institutional and individual capacity to coordinate and implement initiative.2) Regional training programme & field tools to assist monitoring.3) Improve knowledge through targeted fieldwork.4) Species and site conservation Action Plans produced.5) Formulate 10-year research and conservation programme for amphibians in the region.6) Increased public awareness of the amphibian crisis and the need to intensify conservation efforts.
