The Darwin Initiative is a UK government grants scheme that helps to protect biodiversity and the natural environment through locally based projects worldwide.
On the International Day for Biological Diversity we are delighted to announce the list of new Darwin Projects funded under Round 24 of the scheme. This year the Darwin Initiative will fund 52 successful projects around the globe sharing £10.6 million and delivering flagship commitments set out in the UK Government’s 25 Year Environment Plan.
