Community-based, multidisciplinary and integrated landcare program builds herder and agency capacity to achieve sustainable rangeland management and red panda conservation in Sakteng Wildlife Sanctuary, Bhutan. Herder livelihoods improved through more efficient livestock production, forest rehabilitation, income savings and red panda stewardship education.
